All the great people of the world demonstrated their worthy and appreciable qualites like humility, courtesy, honesty, perseverance and unshakable and unflinching faith in Almighty God.
A flawless and impeccable character with purity of intention and sincerity and tenacity of purpose enables a man to reach the heights of greatness.His spotless character is his armour. It defends and shields him against all odds. He makes progress and and defeats his enemies on the strength of his good character and purity of intentions.
Great people are not those who make others feel small, but true greats are those who make others feel great. Love for fellow-beings is indeed a very important trait in the personality of great people. His heart is free from any kind ill-will, bias, prejucdice, rancor and vanity.
All the prophets showed their supreme and unsurpassable qualities to be truly called greats. They faced difficulities, problems, humiliations, troubles, persecuations and tortures in their way to preach the truth,and the only truth. Self-sacrifice and self-effacement were the hallmark of their personalities, which really made them greats of all times to come.
The moral and ethical values are, unfortunately and regrettably, on decline in this age restlessness and anxiety. It is because of our unncessary and excessive attachment and absorptions in the worldy affairs, being tempted and lured by the guiles and deceptions of this deceptive world. Given this scenario, the demonstration of moral and ethical qualities in one's life will go a long way to help him become great. He is supposed to shun all negative ideas and pessimism. He is supposed to focus on promoting equality, brotherhood, harmony and help truth prevail. He does not hesitate in uplifting and unholding the truth despite the tough challages he faces in doing so.
Man has been endowed with supreme qualities by God. Now, it is upto him how he is going to use these wonderful qualities to his fullest advantage to lift himself to reach the acme of success in times ahead. True greatness does not come from excessive show-off of vast knowledge and plenty of wealth. Infact, greatness is the directly proportional to good character, humility, courtesy, hard work, love and purity of intentions. A fear of God is the basic ingredient for a man to achieve greatness in this world. It is indeed a sure way to success in both this world and the Hereafter.
